ALITA: Testnet To Be First Reset

We would upgrade the testnet on friday at 10 a.m.The testnet would be reset at the same time.There are changes we do in the new testnet:
1.Upgrade the testnet start time to 2020.07.25
2.Adjust the diffcult algorithm.
The update would not influence miner who are mining already,but clear all account whatever it is mining or not.Your token in the testnet would be clean up.
